Preamble
These Terms of Use (TOU) govern access to and use of the www.dosimex.fr website, the Dosismart platform and associated services, published by DOSIMEX SAS. By using the site or the services, you fully and unreservedly accept these TOU.
Description of Services
The www.dosimex.fr website presents the activities, tools and resources of DOSIMEX SAS. The information it contains is provided for information purposes, may change and is not exhaustive.
Dosismart is a radiation dosimetry calculation platform designed for radiation protection professionals. The service includes: online dose calculations, calculation history, team management and collaboration, and, depending on the subscribed plan, source inventory, radiological zoning, dose-rate mapping and workstation study generation.
The subscription also gives access to downloading the Dosimex calculation codes (Excel) and their license key. The Dosimex codes remain the property of DOSIMEX SAS; their use is granted under license, within the scope of the current subscription or of a previously acquired perpetual license.
Access and Availability
The site and the platform are normally accessible at all times. An interruption for technical maintenance may however be decided by DOSIMEX SAS, which will endeavour to communicate the dates and times of the intervention in advance. DOSIMEX SAS makes every effort to ensure the availability and reliability of the services, but cannot guarantee total and permanent availability.
User Account
- Access to the Dosismart platform requires creating an account
- You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials
- Any activity performed from your account is under your responsibility
User Obligations
The user agrees to:
- Comply with applicable laws and regulations
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information
- Not attempt to compromise the security of the site or the platform
- Not use the services for illegal or unauthorized purposes
- Access the services with equipment free of malicious software and an up-to-date browser
Professional Use of Results
The Dosimex calculation codes and the Dosismart platform are calculation-support tools intended for qualified radiation protection professionals. Results are provided as decision support: their interpretation, verification and any regulatory or operational decisions based on them remain the responsibility of the user.
Intellectual Property
DOSIMEX SAS owns the intellectual property rights or holds the usage rights over all elements accessible on the site and the platform: texts, images, graphics, logos, icons, software, calculation codes and documentation. Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication or adaptation of all or part of these elements, by any means or process whatsoever, is prohibited without prior written authorization from DOSIMEX SAS. Any unauthorized use will be considered an infringement and prosecuted in accordance with articles L.335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.
Liability
DOSIMEX SAS cannot be held liable for omissions, inaccuracies or shortcomings in updating the information on the site, whether attributable to it or to third parties, nor for indirect damages (such as loss of business or loss of opportunity) resulting from the use or inability to use the site or the services.
The operation of the Dosimex calculation codes depends on the user's Microsoft Excel environment; changes to that environment, outside the control of DOSIMEX SAS, may affect their behaviour.

The site may contain links to other websites. DOSIMEX SAS has no means of verifying their content and assumes no liability in this respect.

The processing of personal data and the use of cookies are described in the privacy policy.
Modification of Services and TOU
DOSIMEX SAS reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue all or part of the services at any time, with or without notice. These TOU may be modified at any time; the applicable version is the one published on this page, and users are invited to consult it regularly.
Termination
- The user may terminate their account at any time
- DOSIMEX SAS may terminate or suspend an account in case of violation of the TOU
- Termination results in the deletion of data in accordance with the privacy policy
- Termination of the subscription does not affect previously acquired perpetual Dosimex licenses
Applicable Law
These TOU are governed by French law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Paris.
