One subscription, two tools

Dosimex includes the 17 calculation tools in Excel (external gamma exposure, X-ray, beta, neutron, internal exposure, measurement). Dosismart is the Dosimex web platform: it is where you subscribe, download the calculation tools and manage your organization, and it is also an online calculation tool (external gamma exposure calculation, X-ray generator, skyshine, parametric study, history, team collaboration), with source inventory, radiological zoning and workstation studies in the Compliance plan. A single subscription covers everything. New capabilities ship on Dosismart first; Dosimex remains the reference for what web calculation doesn't cover yet.

Contact us at alain.vivier@dosimex.fr: we will activate your Dosismart access. No new purchase is needed, your current license covers both tools on the Base plan. The Compliance features (source inventory, radiological zoning, workstation studies) are available by upgrading to the Compliance plan, paying only the difference.

Yes, for life: your perpetual license remains valid, and your calculation tools with it. Their environment, however, is not up to us: Microsoft Office updates can affect the behavior of some tools. Dosismart, for its part, requires the subscription (from €640/year excl. VAT), which covers both tools.

The trial is free for 14 days, with no commitment and no credit card. It covers both tools: the full Dosismart web application, including the Compliance features, and Dosimex (Excel).

Yes. Create your account on Dosismart, pick your plan and choose "Pay by bank transfer": your quote PDF is generated immediately, and you can add your purchase order reference, which is then printed on the invoice. You can also request a quote by email or phone if you prefer.

As soon as you accept the quote, your access is active immediately and an invoice payable within 90 days by bank transfer is sent to you. Reminders are sent as the due date approaches. If payment has not been received by the end of those 90 days, access is suspended.

An offline deployment of Dosismart can be arranged for organizations that require it. Contact us to discuss it.

Dosimex runs on Excel 2003 to 2024 under Windows (virtual machine on Mac/Linux). Dosismart needs a modern web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari), on any OS, with no installation.
